Airbnb Redesign

This project turned a vacant property into a fully functional short-term rental designed for an investor’s Airbnb portfolio. HBY Construction reimagined the space by removing load-bearing walls to create an open-concept layout, adding extra bedrooms and washrooms, and modernizing the interior with upgraded finishes throughout. The home is now optimized for hosting, combining durability with an inviting aesthetic to maximize rental potential. All electrical upgrades were completed by a licensed ESA-approved Master Electrician.
